HEY we want some PIZZA!

Enough with the frozen bread that supermarkets call pizza. It’s time to become healthy and the king of the next PIZZA PARTY.
Are you tired of the frozen pizzas that are overloaded with fake cheese and unhealthy flavor potentiators? WE ARE TOO! With a small amount of effort you can make a pizza that is as god as Luigi’s from the cute little Italian restaurant across the street:
What you need:
Dough:
350 ml of Water
400g of white flour
2 tea-spoons of salt
2 tea-spoons of yeast
Sauce:
olive oil to cook
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes (peeled or canned)
Salt & Pepper
200g of Cheese (depending on budget the best you got!)
Extra Topping of your choice
What you gotta do:
Stir together all ingredients for the dough.
Work it with your hands for a couple of minutes
Cover the bowl and let it sit for at least 1 hour (in warm environment)
(I know this is a bit time consuming, if you don’t do it its not the end of the world but the dough will be more dense and bread like than pizza)

Meanwhile:
slice the garlic as thin as you can
gently cook the garlic in the olive oil until you can smell it
add the tomatoes
add salt and pepper
simmer for 10 min

put the cheese on top
put your extra topping on top of the cheese
(Extra tip -> drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of things that should get crusty)
Put everything into an Oven @ 190°C for 15 min
enjoy and dazzle your guests (dough should b enough for 3 pizze)
